Junaid Bhayat brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to his role as Director at Bhayat Inc. He began his career at SizweNtsaluba VSP (now Sizwe Ntsaluba Gobodo/SNG), managing a portfolio of audit clients. After six successful years, Junaid moved on to Ernst & Young (EY), where he deepened his audit expertise in a Big Four environment.
His journey then led him to Simba (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Pepsico, where he transitioned from Assistant Financial Controller to Senior Internal Auditor over a four-year period. During this time, Junaid gained invaluable experience in the fast-paced FMCG and manufacturing sectors.
Furthering his career, Junaid relocated and joined KPMG within their management consulting division. His role involved financial management, business improvement, strategy development, cost optimization, and corporate governance compliance, tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Junaid is an IRBA registered auditor, bringing a rigorous approach and a wealth of knowledge to our team.
Salma Bhayat is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in both corporate and individual tax matters. She began her career with articles at SizweNtsaluba VSP (now Sizwe Ntsaluba Gobodo/SNG), where she worked with leading corporate clients such as MTN, Eskom, and Transnet.
After completing her articles, Salma specialized in tax within the same firm, where she honed her skills in corporate tax, VAT, PAYE, and CGT. With a strong foundation in tax, Salma relocated and established her own practice, focusing on accounting, tax, and statutory services for small to medium enterprises.
Salma is a registered tax practitioner, dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized tax solutions to our clients.
